Writing An E-Book... Something I Never Thought I Would Do

During my travels for work over the last decade, I've often thought about writing a book called "The Road Warrior" snippets of travel from a sales rep perspective. I had the time to do it at night roaming around my hotel room watching Breaking Bad for the 33rd time but just never got around to it. I had plenty of stories to tell... airport outbursts by pissed off travelers that just had their flight changed, an odd exchange with a hotel employee during check-in, a taxi driver that wreaked of fried food before meeting a client, getting to meet Vince Vaughn traveling on the same flight, loss of luggage the night before an important interview the next day, $2,500 plus dinners in New York City that were excellent and the list goes on and on. 

After making some changes over the last year focusing on my health, family, and spiritual I decided to write an E-Book. I am focused! Right?! With all of the talk of AI (Artificial Intelligence) I started doing some homework on how this could apply/help in the health and wellness industry. I found a lot of interesting points that can make it easy for someone that has a busy schedule with everything going on in their lives to utilize this tool to meal prep. It even incorporated some easy work-out from home exercises that most people could do and see some results from.

With that said we are launching this FREE e-book called: "Using AI for A Healthier You: Step by Step Guide for Meal Prep and At-Home Workouts". We will be posting the link on our Facebook page on Saturday, October 4th. You can follow us here for updates and a healthy follow!
